Changes to my study program

Well, in this chance I will talk about the changes to my study program.

Honestly the study program of the Universidad de Chile, of anthropolgy personally I think that is very much in comparation with other program study of other universitys that have this career.

But this not tell that this is totally good. Firstly some of the subjects is very good but other are very bad and have even made people leave the race. This is complemented with the academic load we have had. These are not compatible with the amount of credits the have. For other hand I think that the number of years it lasts is too much. It produced that many people do not finish the race. I think that in three years you could easily learn what it takes to be a good anthropologist.
The changes that I would be about the my study program are, remove at least two obligatoru subjetcs from the maya and only leave the most important. I would also let the students choose the branches they want to have for what they want to do in the future. I would be much more selective in terms of the teachers who work here, considering that there are still current teachers accused of harassment towards students. Fot other side I would like that the teachers that make class are really teachers and do not have simply a title of archaeologists, anthropologists, geologists, etc.

It would be wonderful for the institutions to listen to their members from time to time..
